McLaren Project Endurance to be made into a customer car

McLaren will enter the World Endurance Championship’s Hyper Car class in 2027 with a new car, currently called Project Endurance. The new car will be powered by a turbocharged V6 with additional hybrid power.

But as well as powering McLaren’s works team in top-class prototype endurance racing a version of the car will be made available to buy. Admittedly, only McLaren’s most wealthy and loyal customers will get a chance to purchase the car.
