APRA Europe (Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association Europe) is the leading industry body representing the automotive remanufacturing sector across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 1941 as the regional division of the global APRA organization, it operates as a non-profit platform connecting stakeholders across the remanufacturing value chain. Based in Brussels, APRA Europe represents approximately 150 members in Europe alone (global APRA membership is around 500), including tier-one suppliers, independent remanufacturers, core dealers, distributors and research institutions.
Collectively, the association represents roughly two-thirds of the workforce in the European automotive remanufacturing industry, demonstrating its strong footprint and influence. APRA Europe promotes remanufacturing as a key enabler of the circular economy.
